What you can expect in these six weeks:

• A  weekly live webinar on Zoom. (Of course, you can view the replay at any  time afterwards, should you not be able to attend live.)
• A  trance coaching session to release the resistance to positive  change, that is specifically tailored and recorded for the needs and  goals of this group (Trance Coaching helps you to flip the switch in the  subconscious and reprogram the autonomic nervous system. And you do  that in your sleep, so to speak.)
• Frequent tasks to continuously get into a higher vibration and stay in it.
• Regular inspirations and suggestions for your personal growth.
• Of course the support of the secret Facebook group - an energy that should not be underestimated.
• And a few extra bonuses throughout the 6 weeks.

As always, each of the individual modules build on the previous sessions, to guarantee our continuous growth.

Who is this group coaching for?

• This class is open for anyone who feels there is room for more in their life.
• Who feels they keep running into the same wall over and over again, but somehow don’t know how to change that.
• Everyone  who wants to understand themselves better: how they tick, why they tick  the way they tick and how they can change that if they want to.
• In our current group participants are literally from all age groups.
• Football  players and students, graphic designer and teachers, a DJ as well  as actor singers and of course business owners and networker to name a  few.
• So anyone who wants to grow and let go of what has been holding them back until now.

How much time do you have to invest?

• The  weekly live session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. You can be there  live, or you can catch up on them at any time, should you not be able to  attend.
• I  advise you to plan 20 minutes a day to implement the new tools, develop  your own routines and create gentle, but continuous change.
• It  is always important to me to keep things practical and to choose the  shortest route to easily incorporate the new structures into your day.
• In  the best case, the new structures will merge into your daily routine in  such a way that they will no longer feel like extra work. (Remember  again the changing of your clasped hands, and how what was  very uncomfortable suddenly became quite neutral)

The course starts on Thursday, September 23rd, 2021 at 7 p.m. GMT. That is 8PM German and 4PM in Brazil.
