Hybrid means: a mix of pre-recorded teaching content you go through at your own pace, paired with live group coaching every week. The recorded content gives you the teaching. The live sessions are where the real shifts happen.

One module per week, released over 13 weeks. Go through the content at your own pace before each live session. This is the teaching foundation. Usually 30-40 minutes a week in bite size videos so you can learn in smaller steps. Some weeks might be a little longer.

Every Thursday, live on Zoom. Diving deep into this week's topic. This is where the real shifts happen. A 90-minute 1:1 Deep Dive with Gido

Who I am today.
I'm a Belief System Expert and keynote speaker. I help people play at the level they're meant to play - and, crucially, feel good about themselves while they're doing it and after.
I deliberately avoid the "coach" label. What I do sits closer to belief system work and identity transformation - helping people dissolve the patterns underneath impostor syndrome and self-sabotage, so performance stops being something to prove.
Before coaching, I danced with the Bavarian State Ballet, performed leading roles in musical theatre in Germany and the West End, and appeared in James Bond: Spectre and BBC's The Night Manager.
I've since spent over 5,000 hours working 1:1 with clients across business, sport, and the arts - including CEOs, founders, Olivier Award winners, BBC actors, and national team and World Championship winning footballers.

When does the program start and end?
The first live call is Thursday, 25 June 2026. The final live call is Thursday, 17 September 2026. The program runs for 13 weeks at 8pm CEST, 7pm UK.
How does the hybrid format work?
Each week you receive a pre-recorded teaching module - 30 to 40 minutes in 15-20 minute videos. You go through it at your own pace. Then every Thursday the group meets live on Zoom for a group coaching session with me. The recorded content gives you the theory and will already start the process. The live sessions take it deeper and make it personal.
What if I can't make a live session?
All live sessions are recorded and made available in the member area. You have full access to replays for one year.
Is this in English or German?
Beyond Success runs in English. I'm German but have lived and worked internationally for decades - English is my working language for this program.
How big is the group?
The Founding Member group is aimed at 12 and limited to a maximum of 20 people. This is by design - small enough that every voice in the room matters, large enough to create real group momentum.
What happens after the 13 weeks?
You retain access to all content, recordings, and materials for one year. Alumni have access to further work with me through ongoing offerings.
