GIDO SCHIMANSKI
is an international speaker and performance coach best known for his work with leaders and top performers. His clients include professional footballers, senior executives and performing artists as well as the occasional pop-star.
Gido has over 30 years of experience in performing under pressure himself, having danced for the Bavarian State Ballet and later acted in roles like Henry Higgins in My Fair Lady and even in James Bond - SPECTRE.
He is the creator of the online programs 8 WEEKS MASTERS and THE FORGIVENESS NINJA and is currently launching his new signature program BEYOND SUCCESS.
In 2025 he held his TEDx talk on "How Forgiveness Can Change Everything" and was shortlisted for "Best Story Teller" at The Speaker Awards in London. Recently he received the Excellence Award at the 8th intl. Speaker Slam, held a series of lectures for executives of EDEKA, Germany's biggest Supermarket chain and a keynote for 200+ employees of COLGATE.
He has specialised in the challenges that top performers and managers face when they do not feel good enough despite their many successes and the techniques at the core of his work very often leave his clients with instant shifts in their lives.
